Ryan Carroll serves as Senior Counsel to U.S. Senator Ron Wyden. Prior to joining the Senator’s office, he was a senior advisor at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). NTIA serves as the President’s principal advisor on technology and telecommunications policy. Ryan earned a J.D. from the Catholic University of America and a B.A. from American University. He lives in Baltimore with his wife and very good dog.
